Coaches & cornermen - what they do, the shit they put up with. The emotions, frustrations, moods, our inability to listen or just get it (sometimes!!) Fighting is to an extent a lonely, solo game - it’s just you in the ring. It’s you who has to push & train & push through the mental & physical hurdles, but having the support & community like I do - it’s everything. Words can’t express my gratitude - to my coaches, training partners & those around me that lift me up, make me giggle & make going to the gym a place I love being - seeing mates, sweating, laughing, & sometimes crying… seeing others improve - gain confidence, come out of their shell… totally lifts my soul💥it’s a good life. ❤️‍🔥🙏⚡️🥲 @kocombatacademy @perunmuaythai_
I’m happier with these pictures than my Muay Thai performance, but loved the experience - my opponent gave me a great fight & there is a lot to learn from. The whole day was incredible - my first boxing bout that I agreed to on the Monday, watching my friends fight, many getting in the ring for the first time 💪❤️‍🔥 & the support from everyone… Priceless. 🥲📸 @d3nbyy
Last night was a bit of a teenage dream for me 💜 Helping out a close mate on his music production course - singing a cover of Hole’s Violet. Having hardly sung for the last year I was pretty nervous about being able to hit the powerful screamy notes. Practicing screaming in a shed in France - confusing my family, the cat & no doubt the passers by. But I’m happy with how it sounded, and had THE most fun recording in a proper studio. An absolute dream. 12 year old me would have been so so stoked. Thank you T 🙏❤️‍🔥
